This is a unique opportunity to join an early stage startup with significant growth potential. So far we have developed an MVP, conducted extensive testing, improved our product, and now we’re ready to take our MVP to the next stage.
To do that we are looking to welcome an ambitious and proactive Sales Representative who thrives in a startup environment. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can build a sales pipeline, generate leads, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from InsightSphere’s solutions.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and manage a sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and meetings with potential clients.
- Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
- Provide feedback from potential clients to improve our product offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven success in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or data-driven industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English. German or French is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Experience in building and managing a sales pipeline from scratch.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate the value of InsightSphere’s solutions.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, revenue-sharing compensation model.
- Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
