Noemi Alvarez is the CEO and Co-Founder of InsightSphere. Noemi has always been fascinated by technology and its endless possibilities to transform our everyday lives. Her journey began at a time when the internet was still primarily used by early adopters.

As the mobile internet era emerged, Noemi entered the uncharted territory of small-screen advertising and technical marketing with over a decade of experience with companies such as eBay, Dein Deal and Kuoni. Yet it was the Oculus Quest VR headset that truly ignited her passion.

She envisioned a future where the metaverse would make social isolation a thing of the past, and she could overcome her deep-rooted fear of public speaking in an immersive environment. With that the idea of Insightsphere was born and Noemi has since  delved into the endless possibilities of simulation-based learning, where AI conversational intelligence unlocks human potential like never before.
